Twenty-nine now sits in the heart of Gulberg; and is one of the newer designs on the list. As a nexus of technology, community, and the locus of our livelihood, the workplace is a topic of perpetual interest. Twenty-nine aims to redefine the commercial sector, where flexibility meets functionality. It’s about achieving better design through simplicity of form, space, materiality, detail and color. We have managed to create a bright and friendly atmosphere inside, providing fantastic views and a feeling of openness. The building has been envisioned to curate clean, open spaces that allow the architecture, the furniture, and the materials in the room to breather; to appreciate the calmness, the warmth, and the beauty that these spaces exude.
